Age?

CBC results? Chemistry Panel results? Imaging done? Urinalysis? Urine specific gravity?

Copies of these will help your vet:

http://www.afip.org/ferrets/PDF/10_steps.pdf

With that high urine pH you mention (alkaline) there is a risk of struvite uroliths for this
one, so what you are feeding becomes important. High pH (alkaline) typically happens
when the food is too high in vegetable matter. (Low pH is acidic and a different type of
urolith can happen then.) For that kind of problem include this in the readings:

Among the possibilities is lymphoma

Much more info is needed to know better what is happening, I'm afraid, but one thing that
can be approached now while tests are done is to tackle that food issue.
