Hi Bobbi, I'm wondering how much you bath him? If youre bathing him too much, it may be causing his dry skin. I dont know what the blood blisters could be... I would have that looked at by your vet. Also, drinking alot could indicated kidney issues I believe. I would get him checked out just to be on the safe side.
