Subject: [ferrethealth] vet needed in southwest WI
To: <ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com>

Hi there my name is Terry and I live in southwest WI near Fennimore. I have 3 ferrets which I have got each separately over the last few months from 3 separate homes the first is a 4-5y/o white, female, the 2nd 4-5y/o white and grey, female, and the 3rd a 3-4y/o sable male. I don't have any medical info. on them except for the 2nd she was shot with a pellet gun on a home break-in and stitched up for that. I need to find a vet in the area to take them to to get checked up, etc. I have noticed as of late that the white and grey female, Gypsy, has diarrhea, is chewing air after eating, and is gnawing on things like she has a sore tooth? The male, Leo, is normal except he will lay down sometimes while playing but is very healthy otherwise, I think. If anyone has suggestions on where I could find a vet and what things to have checked out. Also, if you could tell me what I'm looking at spending this would be helpful as well because I don't mind spending a little but if I'm talking a small fortune I may need to come up with something else.
