I've recently received information about lyme disease and dogs becoming very aggressive when infected, but returning to normal behavior when treated. You can read the information here - http://dogrescues.net/drn/pages/lyme.htm.

Since ferrets have a common ancestor with dogs, that's my understanding, can they contract lyme's disease or does any one know if they have natural immunities?

Sukie thank you so much for your help with getting this posted...

Vicki
