Here is one POSSIBLE case. It sounds like the people think it might have been Lyme
Disease but it is not known if it actually was though the report is intriguing:

BUT other website articles seem to refer back to that rather than report any new cases and
I can not find any instance of someone actually TESTING to see if the problem is or was
Lyme rather than another illness.
