Have you cleaned their litter pan with bleach ?
I am not saying you don't just maybe whatever is making him sick could be incubating in pan if only washed once a month or so, and I would just stick to one food that doesn't cause real loose stools and pumpkin I was told helps firm poo from the ferret whisper group (I think it was on that group) Are you giving him ferravite and ferretone?
