To: ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com

Over the years at FerretWise we HAVE seen female ferrets with inflamed
nipples - bright pink/red and hot and these have been associated with
hyperadrenal symdrome.

Mammary tumors presented as irregular lumps in the mammaries without effect
to the nipples.

I urge you to try melatonin implants or lupron to see if that will ease the
condition- if so then further remedy of the adrenal condition is warranted.

Best wishes,

Alicia , the ferrets & folks of ferretwise.org
