Dear Barry,

If you mate an albino to a sable ferret you will get all sable kits provided the sable parent doesn't carry the albino allele. However you can't tell whether or not a sable ferret carries the recessive albino allele just by looking at the ferret.

If you mate an albino to a sable ferret that does carry the albino allele you might get a mixed litter of sables and albinos. But every sable ferret will carry the albino allele.
But that's not all; other colours might pop up as well depending on the carrier status of other coat colour genes of the parents. They could carry brown or 'pink-eyed dilution', etc.
Even mating sable to sable can result in a mixed bag of coat colours of the offspring, depending which recessive genes (alleles) the parents carry.

Silver to silver I cannot say, because in different part of the world silver means different coat colours.

I hope this helps just a little, don't hesitate to ask if you more questions.

Regards,
Ben
