None of the ones at these URLs relate to the specific type of food you are
asking about but there IS a reporting link from one of them i case the food
turns out to be an actual cause of problems:

:For people's files:

http://www.fda.gov/oc/opacom/hottopics/petfood.html#recall

I know that at least one person here had a ferret with kidney damage during
the melamine problems. Here is something on indictments from February:

and
http://www.fda.gov/bbs/topics/NEWS/2008/NEW01792.html

Latest pet food recalls (just a few weeks ago for two canned dog foods):

http://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/petFoodRecall/detail.cfm?ID=466

Of course, some lots or shipments may encounter problems and not have
such public recalls or perhaps not even have recalls till after the problems
are reported and investigated. Sometimes on investigation a product may
be different but not unsafe for any of a variety of reasons (with them looking
for bacteria, contamination, etc.), but at times what should not be in there
is in there with action then taken...

Years ago we wound up with some bad food and the manufacturer was able
to determine that it had been improperly stored. I can't recall right if it was
determined that the store (chain, I guess it was) or the transporter did it,
though I vaguely think that it was a trucking company hired to move the food.
There is a tendency to forget about transporters like hired trucking companies
or airlines but problems have at times happened in such locations, from items
spoiled to kits dead from overheating... Wherever the problem occurred, the
manufacturer was good about it and provided us with a lot of food.

Remember that if there is only one sick (rather than all who ate it sick but one
worse) there still is a chance that one has another problem like an ulcer and
proceed according to your vet's directions (which I suspect you are doing)
because that sick stomach could well be separate from the food, and ulcers
are serious (and sometimes secondary to other medical problems).
