Subject: [ferrethealth] Re: Melatonin before adrenal surgery- or not?
To: <ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com>

I know about melatonin and am using it for one of my ferrets. The reason I
posted to the list was to ask whether it's a good idea to give melatonin a
week before adrenal surgery is done. I.e. is there any point giving it or
could it be of any help at all or could it even be contra-indicated? I did
look in the archives but there are so many melatonin posts and I couldn't
find one that discussed giving melatonin before surgery.
