Bobbi,
This is an emergency and Bandit needs to get to the hospital asap.
Put her into a travel kennel as gently as possible laying her on a
blanket or towel. Handle her as little as possible. She may have
internal injuries. Take a water bottle with you but don't give her
water if she's got blood coming out anywhere from her mouth or bottom.
In terms of money - as already suggested give them what you can and
make payment arrangements with the hospital when you get her in. I
would be very surprized if they would turn her away if you presented
her at the desk.
Worry about the money AFTER you get her to the hospital.
