If your vet doesn't have access to a lab that does ADV testing (the
University of Guelph does the tests for Ontario vets), you can order a
saliva test from Avecon... http://www.avecon.com/advabelisa.html

The problem with ADV is unless you test, you will never know if your
ferret has been in contact with an infected ferret.
