Whatever you choose to feed, the higher the meat content, the better. Ferrets are obligate carnivores. They need meat, and really don't digest vegetable matter well.
Kibble vs. raw is another whole debate. You'll have to research that yourself, but there are plenty of people on both sides of that discussion.
