Give us more info to work with:

age of ferret

is this sudden or gradual

is it complete or a decrease

health of ferret

is the ferret defecating

is the ferret urinating

is the ferret lethargic

other symptoms
etc

Complete loss of appetite can indicate some things which are
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES requiring rapid care, for example, the
ingestion of a foreign body that is causing a blockage as
described in
http://www.heidihoefer.com/pages/ferrets/gi_foreign_body.htm

In an older ferret with a gradual onset of loss of appetite
possible causes range from cardimyopathy to insulinoma,
to a furball in the stomach, and more.

So, more info is needed.

If this ferret does not have a vet here are some resources to
help you find one. Each is different from the others:

FINDING A VET (but some may be exist any longer)
Finding a vet:

http://www.ferretuniverse.com/index.html
http://www.geocities.com/houseferrets13uk/Vets.html (UK vets)
http://www.ferrets.org/Veterinarian_Listings.htm (British Columbia vets)
http://www.ferretnews.org/clinic.html (California-specific)
http://www.ferretsanonymous.com/medical.html (California)
http://www.vetcontact.com/en/vet.php?k=91 (Specialists anywhere)
You can also ask shelters, regional clubs, look in magazines, and do Google searches.

There are also listings in the Ferrets Annual or Critters Annual, in that case put in by the
vets themselves.

Those resources will help you in finding a ferret vet.
