Andrea, if he is doing better and the only thing he has now is loose stools you could try giving him some pureed pumpkin, not the pie filling just the natural with no spices. I have used that for loose stools and it seems to firm them up. About 1 tsp per day worked for me. Also you can go to the FHL website and click on Links and scroll down to the Complete FHL Files, when it comes up type in Clostridium and check thru the replies there. There are some from vets that might help.
Not a vet, just what works for me.
