What exactly is duck soup? I have heard a lot of people talk about it and I=
don't know what it is.=A0 Is this something I should be feeding to Clyde?

[Moderator's Note:

Duck soups are home made concoctions but I think there is also a
store-bought one now with that name or a similar name. There
is also an original gravy recipe and people have made variations,
and there are foods created for sick animals by veterinary
nutritionists, for example, Carnivore Care.=20

Some recipes are okay, some recipes are good, some recipes are
very unbalanced.

The name originated because it was the name of the ferret being
treated, and I have a vague recollection from early FML (Ferret
Mailing List) digests that the ferret's name might have been Duk
instead of Duck, but I could be wrong on that score because it is
probably from over 15 years ago.
