You should probably supplement some acidophilus. The antibiotics kill the bad bacteria AND the good bacteria. The acidophilus will help replace the good bacteria that he needs for proper digestion. If you feed him some sort of soup, then dissolve about 1/4 of a normal 'human' acidophilus tablet in the water of the soup before adding the other ingredients. Try this for a few days. I would also recommend adding some slippery elm bark powder to the mixture. We've had great success with this in helping all sorts of stomach problems, including diarrhea and IBD. You only need a little bit of it, maybe 1/6 of a teaspoon per day.
