Why does he think Brain Tumor? Has insulinoma been ruled out? I would
look at metabolic causes before Brain tumor. Just a thought. Some of
the signs of insulinoma might mimic your vets perceived signs of Brain
tumor, but it just depends on what the signs are your vet is seeing.

Just a thought.
