Subject: [ferrethealth] I really need your help

My ferret, Mojave, had his third Lupron Depot injection on Tuesday.
Today, I noticed that he was acting a little lethargic, lost some
weight, did not want to eat any treats, or drink water out of a cup
(his favorite way to have water). He just wanted to go under my tv
set and sleep and did not want to play with one of my other ferrets.
I am going to call and get in with the vet as soon as they open in
the morning. Does anyone have any ideas of what's going on and any
suggestions about what should be done?
He is due to get his melatonin in about 3 weeks and is also on
propecia.
The ferret I just lost had her melatonin in on a Tuesday as well and
by friday she also went downhill. I had to have her euthanized
because she went severly diabetic after the melatonin. So as you can
tell I am very nervous right now and really appreciate anyone's help.
