Wow, Sheryl. I'm so sad to learn that you're dealing with another
frightening situation. I haven't seen too many replies to your
question, and it's been a couple days now, so I'm wondering if things
have changed for the better/worse??
I don't know much about Lupron, but when my Bucky showed signs similar
to your little guy, it turned out to be a blockage (although, his most
pressing problem was insulinoma). He went down hill very quickly, and
I think that if I'd been able to keep him better hydrated he might have
had more strength to beat the infection that he developed from the
blockage.
I guess what I'm saying is that no matter what the problem may be, I
have become a firm believer in force feeding fluids (combined with
electrolytes, if necessary) in order to help them keep up their
strength as much as possible.
