Subject: [ferrethealth] Re: Ruby's vaginal discharge-stump pyometra

Wanted to update this post, as Ruby visited the vet today and they examined her and
decided to do an ultrasound and found that the uterine stump, left after her spay, was
greatly enlarged as were some of her abdominal lympnodes. They believe Ruby has stump
pyometra and plan to operate next Friday. I would love to hear from anyone with
experience with this surgery if you have time. Thanks for the responses! -Kathryn
