e for an enlarged spleen:=A0 an infection or lymphoma.=A0 I know they say s=
ometimes ferrets get enlarged spleens for no reason... but you may want to =
see if there is a cause for it... catching things early can help.=A0 If the=
y cant find a reason for it being enlarged, yes ferrets can live ok with it=
like that (as far as I know), just like they do ok if it is removed.=A0 Bu=
t just be sure it doesnt get too big as it could hinder his mobility, and a=
lso it could rupture.
