Subject: [ferrethealth] Question about Advantage flea control

I have a female ferret Leela (3.5 years old) that suffers from a
mystery affliction every summer. She lives in an air conditioned
ferret room and has a fasting blood glucose level of 100, but every
summer she becomes extremely lethargic with weakness to the point of
dizziness. The only common denominator is the Advantage drops we use
only in the summer months to control fleas. Has anybody else ever had
a similar reaction to Advantage or are there any other ideas about what
might be troubling my precious girl. Any input would be appreciated.
