The antibiotics could have killed off much of her 'good' bacteria along with the bad. Try supplementing a little acidophilus. You can dissolve part of a human acidophilus tablet in some water (it may take a little while to dissolve and you may have to break it up in the water). Then add her baby food and A/D to the water to make a soup and heat slightly in the microwave. You might also want to try Gerber's Stage 2 turkey baby food in place of the chicken. Some ferrets do have or develop allergies to chicken. You can also add a little slippery elm bark powder to the soup. It's great for soothing almost any kind of GI problems, and has no known potential side effects. I use a little bit daily in the soup I make for our four ferrets, and even our girl with IBD is doing great.
