Can anyone please tell me how Flomax is working for ferrets, and provide the correct dosage of Flomax for a ferret with prostate issues? Ramses is about 2 years old, had a bilateral adrenalectomy in March 2008, is currently on Lupron 200 mcg a month, flurinef and prednisolone. His prostate is is still enlarged. I have used Proscar and Propecia in the past for other fuzzies, but I heard that Flomax is less expensive, and I would like to try it. My vet has agreed, but is not familiar with the dosage schedule ..... thanks.
