Ella,
Like skin kid, ferrets are all different. Some play longer and sleep a little less, and vice versa. Nothing wrong nor abnormal about your ferts sleep or play times.

ferrets, but my youngest two (rescues) whom I've had about a year now
seem to stay away far longer than my other 3 ever have. Is this normal?
..
As an example, they've been awake and playing, exploring, etc. for
about 3 hours straight.
