Here's a food chart and info that you may want to look at. Ferrets are obligate carnivores. They need to eat meat, get their nutrients and protein from meat, and cannot process vegetable matter. Fruits and vegetables do them no good, and may harm them. I'd cut out the broccoli and peaches immediately, and also compare your current food to some on this chart:
