A new poster just wrote in about some abandoned
ferrets whose symptoms could indicate Canine
Distemper as a possible factor in their health problems
so people reading the vaccination discussion may want
to go to

too, to read about symptoms of Canine Distemper.
Every year there are some cases of this disease
mentioned here (more off-list), and every once in
a while a case which might be rabies which is far
more rare but very serious for other reasons.
