sounds weird, but have allergies been ruled out? do you use
perfumed detergent when washing the bedding? If he has an allergy
to perfume in the detergent, he would be congested all year round.
is there nasal discharge, is so..is it thick, green or yellow, or
clear? If it is clear, then it is most likely an allergy. as for
the weight, try supplementing him with duck soup...the congestion
may be causing him to not be able to smell his food.
