YIKES I don't believe steroids are recommended for adrenal disease.
Lupron by all means. I am sure the ferret savy experts on this forum
will comment more. If you get responses from veterinarians or our
own Sukie, who posts here, I would download that information and
present it to the clinical team currently treating her.

Have you searched the archives? Lots of good stuff there on adrenal
disease, including that prednisone (a steroid) is contraindicated for
ferrets with adrenal disease. Gets trickier when they have
insulinoma as well.

Just from your description, it sounds like her adrenal disease has
not been treated effectively and the current treatment may be
contributing to her problems.
