Subject: [ferrethealth] Hair loss on tail.

Hi,
I have 4 ferrets 1 male who is a yr. and 3 females who are about 3
1/2yrs. We just recently moved from CT to FL and 1 of my females
(Frak) is starting to lose hair on the tip of her tail. Also she seems
to have shedded since we moved down here. She's the only 1 all others
have a full coat. I've read that it can be rat tail, beginning of
adrenal or due to nutrition. I feed them all Innova EVO feline and the
only thing that has changed is their water. I give them filtered water
from the fridge instead of tap water like I did in CT b/c there is
high chlorine in the water down here. Any suggestions?
