[Moderator's Note: It's not just ground since it has been found
contaminating larger cuts of beef from that one place. Yes, it
is just beef. the details are in the article which can be found
using the URL given in the first post.
I don't know how the butcher divisions in retail are about keeping
raw foods separated but suspect that they are very careful. Those
people are trained professionals, after all.
