Subject: [ferrethealth] food blend
To: <ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com>

Also the other day when I asked about the aspen I also inquired as to whether the food blend I use is good or whether there is another suggestion and I never got any response so I'll re-ask. I currently care for ten ferrets so I make a big batch, they range from 6mths to about 5yrs. I I use Drs Foster and Smith 20lb original food mixed with, 6.6lb bag of Evo, and a 4lb bag of totally ferret turkey venison lamb.

[Moderator's Note:
because we have just recent again been through food discussions
and because the way that food discussions become so repetitive
and tend to degenerate PLEASE, WRITE TO TERRY DIRECTLY unless
a new expert article from a juried journal is being presented, in
which case, please, send a link, or an abstract and link. Equivalent
level of expert HEALTH info also okay.

Links to comparison tables, and to expert food HEALTH info for Terry
are also acceptable, but preferences and personal opinions have been
expressed a lot recently and in the past.

The archives contain a huge number of food preference posts and
a lot of food information, a huge amount of food information,
actually, and they are very easy to use:
