Another commonly used laboratory that we had good success with at the
clinic I worked at is Idexx Laboratories (http://www.idexx.com)

At a conference I attended a few years ago, Dr. Williams also
recommended, if you are sending out anything tricky, find out which
pathologist at the lab has the most experience with ferret samples.
(In this case, the question was about Lymphoma, which can be
difficult to diagnose accurately if you are not used to dealing with
ferret pathology.) In the case of Idexx, Dr. Williams specifically
recommended Dr. Getzy for difficult ferret samples.
