Ok one minute Binky is fine next minute she won't walk.
And has labored breathing.
Took her then to the vet,he took a xray, said all her organs are being pushed up toward her lungs, and it looked like she has pneumonia.
He keeps her next morning opens her up he said her liver and pancreas are really big,he's not sure why.
Takes some of the liver and pancreas keeps her a few more days then sends her home with metacam and antibiotic.
Next he calls and says stop giving her the antibiotic and come get these other 2 meds for her.
Then gives us Amoxicillan and metrodiazole (ICK) named ick due to the horrible taste!!
Next Binky has to take carafate twice a day,Amoxicillan and ick twice a day Metacam once a day .
She came home eating like a piggy, goes potty and looks good cept when she gets over full or pushes to go potty she whines :(
She was eating chicken baby food and amox and ick THEN i guess she got well enough to realize it tasted Nasty!!
Both need to be given together..So force feeding needs done ,poor Binky.
But other wise she's doing well.
I just wanted to share this success story...This is a baby who still lives on..I like those stories!!
Ps,He said she has hepatitus and pancreatitus.. even though she is recovering nicely.
Best wishes to you all
Jody
