You are TREATING with corn syrup? Is this something that your vet is aware of?
Corn syrup or honey should be reserved for emergencies only, such as when she may go into a seizure. If you want to TREAT, you should be giving her Prednisolone, preferably 3 times a day, every 8 hours, but even twice a day is okay. Another part of treatment is regular meals of higher protein and lower (or no) grains.
Corn syrup will cause her BG levels to vary wildly, just like if you were to eat candy. Prednisolone will help her to maintain proper levels once you find the proper dose for her at her stage of insulinoma.

Interesting that you would say that about insulinoma. Sabrina had
surgery in June of this year with her spleen removed and 2 nodules on
the pancreas. She had no symptoms for insulinoma until last saturday
morning when she was drooling. Not the usual symptoms that you see of
hind leg weakness, not eating or drinking. Treating her now 1 ml of
corn syrup twice a day. They hide the illness quite well, until it is
usually too late to do much of anything for them.
