First of all, can you provide more info? Ferret's age, how long he's had these symptoms, is he also grinding his teeth (a sign of pain), and any other info that you think will help.
Second, he will have to see a vet. It's that simple. Only vets can prescribe meds, and there's a good chance he will need some. When you have ferrets, you have to expect that they will need vet visits sometimes. It's not abnormal, just as you need doctor visits sometimes.

Also, here is a link to Care Credit, a credit company that lends money for doctor and vet visits. I have used them in the past. The loans are at zero interest for, I believe, 6 months.

Some of the symptoms sound as if he may have ulcers, and I will email you a lot of information about them privately. However, ulcers are usually a secondary symptom of some other physical ailments, so I urge you to find a ferret knowledgeable vet and get him there tomorrow. Ferrets can go downhill quickly when sick, and you obviously care a lot about yours, so you should act very soon.
