Subject: [ferrethealth] Re: Infected incision

He is doing well otherwise. He's fairly playful considering all he's
been through. I am still keeping him separated from my other ferrets
except during playtime. He's supposed to be on the meds for a total
of 10 days, which would be through this Sunday.

The vet I see that wants to leave them in said that a worst case
scenario would be that at the end of this week, they remove and dead
skin and re-suture it. I DO NOT want to do this, it would be like he
would have to start the healing process all over again in the
affected areas. I just want what's best for him.
