Please get them both a Veterinary exam with an Exotic Veterinary
practitioner; combing wont remove the fleas from them or your now
contaminated area. Usually a shot of Ivermectin will rid them of any
parasites if severe, otherwise a kittten dose of Revolution is what
many use.
In any case if those 2 are so bad off, they should be checked
thoroughly ASAP
