Subject: [ferrethealth] Ferret hiccuping?

When I let my ferret, Mandy out to play, she often acts like she has
the hiccups. She has little body twitches in her upper torso, almost
exactly like she is hiccuping.
The first couple of times I saw it, I thought that was what she was
doing, but now I'm not sure that she could have them every time she is
let out. Could she just be excited and that's how she reacts?
Also, my new male ferret, whom I've renamed Oliver- he snores when he
sleeps, is that normal?
