Subject: [ferrethealth] Re: Adrenal Ferret Bruising
To: ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com

The bruising can be a sign of anemia and marrow problems
secondary to the adrenal disease. If a transfusion and surgery
is not possible then added meds have a chance of helping,
depending on how rapidly this complication advances, and
if this is what is being encountered, but often it goes fast, so
is one of the complications used to illustrate what surgery
can avoid when it is possible.
