I have gotten some not so nice emails about my and the vets'(plural)
decision.
To make a very unbelievably long story short, I was told by an
Exotics Specialist to give Mojave Lupron every 6 months for now. If
you want to know the history contact me off list or you can find a
lot of what went on in the archives.
I don't want to even come across as suggesting that anyone give their
ferrets Lupron Depot every 6 months, I am just following the vets
instructions. Anyone who is treating their adrenal ferret medically
must give it to their ferrets every 4 months like clockwork.
I am sure that sooner or later I will get the go ahead to give it to
him every 4 months, Especially now that it is evident that he does
have adrenal disease.
