To: <ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com>

Good news about deslorelin in Canada. It doesn't seem too big a step to a
deslorelin implant. Thanks Tony for giving the amount of deslorelin. I will
ask my vet what dose my ferrets are going to get when I bring them in this
week. It would be good to get the vet in Canada into direct contact with Dr.
Schoemaker, which shouldn't be too difficult using e-mail. Let us know how
things proceed.

Little off topic info: this afternoon a ferretrescue that was adopted is
making it's re-entry in my house, and I think that will be for good. I won't
let him go this time, I shed enough tears when I had to let him go. So my 5
member ferretfamily is going to be enlarged with darling Gorba ;0) (Gorba
was found in the woods near Pisa and looked a half wild ferret when I got
him. We noticed that he was lame with his front paw and an x-ray pointed out
that his elbow is blocked, maybe by an old injury. Gorba turned out to be a
wonderful sweet and cheerful ferret and I got really fond of him)
