food, nor do I see it on the bottle anywhere.
**Yes. Metacam, just as any NSAID, should be given with food. A dose or two
on an empty stomach is unlikely to cause any damage (and I routinely give it
pre-operatively on an empty stomach), but long-term it could pose a problem.**
