My strongest suspicion for this one is coccidia. Your vet
need to know that coccidia can be hard to in ferrets. It can
take daily checks of the runs for 7 days.
Also, if one ferret has it then the rest likely have itm but
just have not had a bloom, yet. Luckily, Albon is cheap.
Ferrets get multiple species of two genera of coccidia and
one of those can take a longer than usual run of Albon.
For your vet on Albon (Sulfadimethoxin):
From
_Essentials of Ferrets, a Guide for Practitioners_
50 mg/kg PO once
then
25 mg/kg PO q24h for 9 days
I don't have time to pull out more than one text
right now, and this one is always the easiest one
for looking up meds as well as the easiest to get
from the bookcase with one hand.
Remember that some strains need longer
treatment.

You'll want to print those out for your vet, as
well as printing out this post for your vet.
Now, there are certainly other possibilities from
some types of food poisoning, to colitis, to a wide
range more. I am just giving information on
one possibility.
Do NOT delay treatment when a ferret is
actively bleeding, even if you have to pay for an
emergency appointment.
In my signature lines you and your vet will
find useful.
