The normal temperature for ferrets is 101'F or 102'F, sometimes
103'F if the ferret has just been extremely active.

Otherwise, temps 103'F and above are fevers. We've had one go
as high as 108'F in her final (week 6, I think) week with sepsis from
myofasciitis.

I've been wracking my brains for what would look like this WITHOUT
other symptoms for 5 weeks and with the ferret still alive without
treatment and I am not finding a match.

Are there other symptoms?

This ferret obviously needs vet care and pathologist involved.
