Subject: [ferrethealth] Re: ugly mast cell tumor update

I spoke to my vet and emailed him a photo of the ugly skin tumor, and
he agreed that it had to be removed. Nexus also has the beginning of
one on his back which also will be removed. He is going to use gas,
not injectible anesthesia and will do blood work. I am going to drop
Nexus off first thing in the morning, and he will be the first
surgical procedure at 9 a.m. At least I won't have to wait around all
day to hear from my vet. He will also only be fasted four hours. I'm
going to feed him when I get up early in the morning. I'll let you
all know how we make out.
