Subject: [ferrethealth] Important info for Ferret owners living in Arizona!

Hey you all I really wanted to post a message to let you all know that
Arizona Bark scorpions kill Ferrets..Last nite Oct.26th 2008 one stung
my two year old baby Harley and he began to seizure and foam from the
mouth and even though we rushed him to the animal hospital the vet told
us he would not make it because scorpion stings to Ferrets are fatel. I
did not know this and I just wish I was more informed and I would of
took extra measures to make sure my apartment complex came to my house
and sprayed more or did something to prevent this from happening.
Anyways I really thought I should share this with all Ferret owenrs
living in Arizona. Thank for taking the time to read this and protect
your loving babies.
