You should check in

http://ferrethealth.org/vets/

Many of us have to travel for vet care.

I have heard of something similar in a
different species due to an unhealed break.

Is the swelling in the back, front or side of the leg?

This one is a front leg rather than a back one:

If it were from DIM there definitely would be
more going on long before now.

I don't know how it might present if leiomyosarcoma
is a possibility, just that it was one of the considerations
we eliminated when Chiclet had DIM.

There were also a great many types of infections Chiclet
was checked for, including one species of mycobacterium.

Sukie (not a vet)
