I am sorry but draining the fluid yourself will not stop him from
bleeding out and may cause more harm than good.

What procedure are you using to remove the fluid? I would think this
is something that needs to be done by a veterinarian. Leave medical
procedures in the hands of those skilled and trained to do it. Did a
veterinarian suggest you do it yourself??
